This kind of love of community is usually evident in music, dance, and parties, but can be seen in their work ethic and a wish to    do well. Many Hispanic\/Latinx communities happen to be religiously-oriented and    currently have strong home bonds, joining    these to extended systems and a resilient approach to life and    business. <\/p>\n<p> While Latinos value timeliness, they are way more versatile than most Americans    in get together deadlines. The reason is they are    collectivist and believe that family commitments have precedence above work responsibilities.
